Studio Etiquette
👟 Shoes Off at the Door, Please!
Our bikes and training space prefer to stay free of salt, moisture, dirt, and sand.
Street Shoes & Boots: Wear these into the studio, remove them at the door, and place them on the shoe rack.
Cycling Shoes: Bring indoor-only, clean, closed-toe training shoes or SPD clip-in shoes to change into. (No street shoes on the floor or bikes)
