Our REV cycling classes cater to all fitness levels with three purposeful methods: RPM for endurance, Elevation for strength, and Velocity for power. Every session ends with 'ReflectionREV,' a freeing time to ride in the dark, reconnecting to yourself in a powerful and personal way.
Complementing our REV cycling classes are our signature fitness classes, Relevé. and Rep., as well as our yoga classes, Rise (vinyasa) and Restore (yin), which are all backed by science and designed to nurture your body and soul. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our sessions offer a space for restoration, balance, and inner connection. At REVolution, it’s not about competition or skill level—it’s about finding your center, embracing mindfulness, and creating a sense of empowerment with every move. Each month, we rotate through three R.E.V. elements—RPM, Elevation, and Velocity—keeping workouts fresh, fun, and scientifically grounded to deliver maximum results. From steady endurance efforts to power-packed intervals, every class is purpose-driven and tailored to help you thrive.

Rep:
Rep is a full-body interval training class trains all aspects of fitness including endurance, agility, power, strength, balance, speed, coordination, accuracy & mobility.
Relevé:
A high-energy barre class that sculpts, stabilizes, and fires up the whole body with small, powerful movements to build lean, defined muscles while keeping the heart rate elevated.
Rise:
A dynamic, VINYASA-style class that synchronizes breath with movement, promoting flexibility, core strength, balance and mental focus.
Restore:
A deeply restorative YIN practice that targets the fascia layers by allowing the body to relax completely, using passive postures as a gentle assist.

Active Rest Days
Recovery isn’t just encouraged here; it’s celebrated as an essential part of the process. Complement REV fitness classes with two or more Flow or Restore yoga sessions each week to balance intensity with mindfulness. Both REV fitness and Yoga classes are essential to wellness, providing strength, endurance, power, mobility, and balance for a complete fitness experience.
Studio Etiquette
👟 Shoes Off at the Door, Please!
Our bikes and fitness space prefer to stay free of salt, moisture, dirt, and sand.
Street Shoes & Boots: Wear these into the studio, remove them at the door, and place them on the shoe rack.
Cycling Shoes: Bring indoor-only, clean, closed-toe training shoes or SPD clip-in shoes to change into. (No street shoes on the floor or bikes)
Cell Phones: Please leave your phone on silent and store it in the cubby room. If you have extenuating circumstances, please let your coach know.
