At REV0lution, your care isn’t rushed or generalized.
You work with Functional Medicine Registered Dietitians who take the time to understand your history, goals, metabolism, energy, stress load, and how your body is actually functioning.
We look at the full picture—physiology, hormones, digestion, inflammation, and metabolic patterns—because that’s what drives real change.
We also focus on building a strong foundation first—nutrition, structure, and consistency—so your body is supported before adding more complex interventions.
This is personalized, science-based nutrition designed to help you feel better, perform better, and sustain it.
A Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian (RDN) is a clinician trained to understand how and why the body is functioning the way it is.
Rather than focusing only on symptom management, the approach centers on identifying underlying drivers—nutrition, metabolism, stress physiology, gut function, hormonal balance, and inflammation—and how these systems interact.
At REV0lution, that means looking at the full picture: how you fuel, how you recover, how you sleep, how your body responds to stress, and what your labs and patterns indicate.
Care begins with building a strong foundation—nutrition, structure, and consistency—before introducing more targeted interventions. When appropriate, this may include structured protocols to address more complex concerns such as gut or organ dysfunction, hormone imbalances, HPA-axis dysregulation, or autoimmune patterns.
This is physiology-based, evidence-informed care designed to create measurable, sustainable change.
Nutrition runs the whole show — your energy, hormones, cravings, recovery, metabolism, mood, and how you feel when you wake up in the morning. That’s why your nutrition at REV0lution is led by Functional Medicine Registered Dietitians — the clinicians actually trained in metabolism, biochemistry, gut physiology, and how food drives your performance.
Our RDNs aren’t handing you protocols. We’re reading your labs, your patterns, your stress load, and your goals — then building a strategy that actually works in real life. No generic plans. No guesswork.
When you work with us, you get regular virtual sessions with your RDN, unlimited in-app support, and guidance shaped around your labs, history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals — not a checklist.
It’s evidenced-based nutrition that helps you feel stronger, clearer, and more aligned than you’ve felt in years.
Labs & Personalization
At REV0lution, we do not hand you a generic plan or a supplement stack and then disappear for 12 weeks. We follow up in a cadence that fits you—with ongoing visits often covered by your insurance—so your plan evolves as your body responds.
We leverage your labs—the ones you already have—and turn them into a performance blueprint.
We’re not limited to broad “normal” ranges. We interpret your labs in context—hormones, nutrients, inflammation, gut function, and metabolic patterns—to identify where function is supported and where it can be improved.
If your labs are “normal” but you don’t feel well, we go deeper. When appropriate, we use additional testing, review each marker with you, and adjust your plan. Feeling optimal is the goal.
This is a structured, data-informed approach—designed to improve performance, recovery, and long-term metabolic health.
Functional Lab Testing for Deeper Insight
When conventional labs fall short—or you’ve been told “everything looks fine” but still don’t feel well—we use advanced functional lab testing to dig deeper.
These tests go beyond the basics to uncover root causes and healing opportunities. Some of the most common we use include:
— Comprehensive Stool Testing
To assess microbiome balance (dysbiosis), digestion, inflammation, gut lining integrity, and stealth infections like parasites or yeast.
— Hormone Panels
Full thyroid panels, adrenal function (cortisol rhythms), reproductive hormones, and stress response markers—much more than a standard TSH or estrogen level.
— Organic Acids Testing (OATs)
A powerful urine test that looks at detox pathways, nutrient needs, mitochondrial function, neurotransmitter metabolites, and more.
— Toxin & Mold Exposure Panels
To evaluate for mycotoxins, heavy metals, and environmental chemicals that may be impacting your immune, hormonal, or neurological systems.
— Food Sensitivity Panels
Used selectively to identify a roadmap for immune-mediated food responses.
— Micronutrient Testing
Identifies deficiencies that impact energy, cognition, hormone production, and immunity.
These tests are never one-size-fits-all. We choose them intentionally, based on your symptoms, history, and goals—so we’re always gathering the right data, not just more data.
If you haven't been feeling or performing the way you should, it may not be lack of effort — it’s likely a lack of real answers. At REV0lution, we dig into the physiology behind your plateaus, your symptoms, your energy, your hormones, and your recovery so you finally understand what your body is doing and what it needs to operate at a higher level.
No guesswork.
No brush-offs.
Just real answers — and a path forward so you can feel better, recover faster, get stronger, and finally feel like yourself again.
TESTIMONIALS
⭐️ We Strive for 5-Star Care—And That’s Exactly What We Deliver
“When I first met Kerri, I’d been suffering a combination of semi-mysterious symptoms and issues for several years. With some of my first practitioners, I took one step forwards and two steps back. I was struggling on a daily basis when I started working with Kerri, wondering if I’d ever feel like me again. From the start, it was clear Kerri was a partner in my health and wellness, gathering all of my history and leaving no stone unturned. We worked closely together for months, and when we found I needed a more intensive treatment plan, she advocated for me to get everything I needed. Through our partnership, I’m finally feeling like me again - walking in wellness daily is priceless. Kerri will help you find answers and get the support you need to feel like YOU again.”

"Kerri is the absolute bomb. Hands down the best patient-provider relationship I’ve ever experienced. After dealing with an array of chronic, debilitating health issues for over 3 years I, somewhat miraculously, was introduced to Kerri. Her holistic approach, including: dietary intervention, exercise modalities, supplement protocols, tools to optimize circadian rhythm, regular in-depth checkins as well as an insistence upon reducing EMF interference, getting adequate sunlight, sauna, prioritizing relationships etc etc etc. Its been truly holistic in every sense of the word. After a few short months of guidance from her I’m not only healed (subjectively AND quantitatively) from the mycotoxins and hormone issues, but I’m doing better than I’ve EVER done in all my 31 years. My energy is better. My relationships are better. My capacity to work is exponentially greater. My brain fog has been ameliorated. My sex life is better. I’m happier and more fulfilled than I’ve ever been. Ever. Kerri, thank you so much. I will forever be referring people to you ❤️🙏"

We’re not building a clinic. We’re building a system for better health.
At REV0lution, our dietitians train the way athletes train—through structure, progression, and real-world application. Every clinician on our team comes in with a strong clinical foundation, then completes an advanced, year-long functional medicine training pathway designed to sharpen how they interpret physiology, connect patterns, and guide meaningful change.
This is not surface-level nutrition.
Our clinicians are trained to understand the body as an integrated system—how stress impacts recovery, how hormones influence metabolism, how gut health drives energy, and how nutrition affects performance down to the cellular level. The focus is not just on what’s wrong, but why it’s happening, what’s compensating, and how to restore function in a way that actually lasts.
The result is care that is more precise, more connected, and more effective.
And for clinicians who have been looking for a higher standard of training—this is exactly what the REV0lution Academy was built to deliver.
Because the people you serve deserve better care. And you deserve better training.
About The Founder
Kerri Rachelle, Doctor of Integrative Medicine [c], RDN, CSSD, FMP-AC, HHP, RYT500
My story started in movement. I did my first cartwheel at age two and never really stopped moving after that. At age six, while my brother got the “fun” side of the cereal box, I was glued to the nutrition label — and it accidentally became the start of everything.
As a collegiate gymnast, I was introduced to sports nutrition research and immediately knew: This is it. This is what I’m meant to do.
Understanding performance, metabolism, recovery, and how food fuels the body became my gateway into a lifelong study of human physiology.
That path took me into the fitness world — NFL Commanders Cheerleader, acrobat, fitness instructor, personal trainer, and eventually the creator of multiple boutique studio concepts. I’ve spent decades watching how people move, how they recover, how stress shows up in the body, and how the right (or wrong) fuel changes everything.
But inside hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers, I kept seeing the same problem:
People weren’t being listened to. They were being rushed, dismissed, medicated, or told their labs were “fine” when their body was clearly saying otherwise.
And I knew we could do better.
That’s why I founded REV0lution — and later, the REV0lution clinical training pathway — to build a new standard of care where movement, metabolism, and functional medicine finally work together. A place where Registered Dietitians are trained to think critically, read labs like a story, understand physiology on a deeper level, and actually help people feel good in their bodies again.
Because people deserve real answers.
Clinicians deserve real training.
And the world deserves a better model of health — one built on alignment, not quick fixes.
This is the REV0lution.
And it’s just getting started.
