Our proprietary cycling classes are designed to bring you into the zone, helping you set an intention, release stress, and connect with the power of movement through music.
Each class focuses on one of three core R.E.V. elements:
Velocity (Anaerobic days): Quick bursts and sprints to boost speed and explosive power.

REV fitness and yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to help you balance, restore, and rise stronger—both on and off the mat.
Relevé: A high-energy barre class that sculpts, stabilizes, and fires up the whole body with small, powerful movements to build lean, defined muscles while keeping the heart rate elevated.
Rep: Rep is a full-body interval training class trains all aspects of fitness including endurance, agility, power, strength, balance, speed, coordination, accuracy & mobility.
Rise: A dynamic, VINYASA-style class that synchronizes breath with movement, promoting flexibility, core strength, balance and mental focus.
Restore: A deeply restorative YIN practice that targets the fascia layers by allowing the body to relax completely, using gravity as a gentle assist.

Active Rest Days
Recovery isn’t just encouraged here; it’s celebrated as an essential part of the process. Complement REV fitness with two or more Flow or Restore yoga sessions each week to balance intensity with mindfulness. Both REV fitness and Yoga classes are essential to wellness, providing strength, endurance, power, mobility, and balance for a complete fitness experience.
Once you’ve signed up for the New Client Special...
Here’s what to expect:
Arrive 15 minutes early for a new client orientation with a coach. Street shoes come off at the door.
For cycling, please bring your own SPD clip-in shoes OR indoor CLEAN closed-toe tennis shoes (not street shoes) to change into.
For yoga, feel free to rent a mat ($5) or bring yours.
Bring a water bottle and a positive mindset! We’ll handle the rest with towel service and any other gear you need.
Cell Phones: Please leave your phone on silent and store it in the cubby room.
